At STRP, we stand behind every formula. If you're not satisfied with your order, contact us within 30 days of delivery at [your support email] and we will work to make it right.

Due to the consumable nature of our products, we are unable to accept physical returns. However, if your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective, we will replace it at no charge.

Refunds, if approved, are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
